How much are party planning services?


Sweets Stations and Party Planning Packages start at $600.00. However, each event is unique so please contact us for an estimate.




What’s included in the party packages?


Standard party packages include the following: party design, delivery, set-up & breakdown, party supplies, printables and decor. Certain packages also include cake, refreshments & beverages.




How many guests are included in the party packages?


Our party packages are customized to ensure each guest has the time of their life. No party is too big or too small.




Is hiring an Event Planner worth it?


Absolutely! Many people assume that hiring an event planner means wasted money, but Jes Fabuluxe Events prides itself on providing quality service in events. By having us there by your side to manage all the details of your events, it will save you time, stress and money in the long run.




Does “breakdown” include cleanup of my /venue?


If the event is not booked through Jes’ Fabuluxe Events, when your party ends, we will return to the venue and pick up tables, chairs, linens, party props, or anything provided by Jes' fabuluxe Events. However, you will be responsible for clean-up, including the disposal of trash.




Do you arrange entertainment (Face painter, balloon artist, bounce house, etc.)?


Yes, we encourage you to discuss your plans for entertainment with us during your design consultation to make sure we incorporate those plans into the overall design for your event.




How far in advance do I need to book an event?


Our availability is limited to mostly weekends only, so we recommend booking your event 2- to 3-months in advance. We need a minimum of 3-6 weeks to customize the perfect party if venue has already been selected.




Do you have a physical location?


No, we bring the party to you! Your event will be designed and customized for the venue of your choosing or your home.




What areas do you serve?


Jes’ Fabuluxe Events primarily serves the Atlanta area. If the party location is within 30 miles of the 30088 zip code, there is no travel fee. For events 30-60 miles outside of this zip code, there is a $30 travel fee. Events held 60+ miles outside of this zip code will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If Jes’ Fabuluxe Events accepts your party request, a minimum $50 travel fee will be incurred.




What if I want to print decorations and setup myself?


So you are ready to party, but need a little help pulling it all together? We've got you covered. Jes’ Fabuluxe Events can offer custom party printables, designed to compliment your theme and event colors, as well as boutique party supplies that are featured in our Box of Fab and Shop Jes’ Fabuluxe online party store. Custom printables are sent as digital files and include instructions for printing at home or through a professional printer.




What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept Paypal payments through our website. (A PayPal account is not required.)

Party Supplies

Haw far in advance do I need to order my party supplies for my event?


Orders typically process within 48 hours. Choosing the correct shipping method is KEY. Tracking numbers are provided when your package ships. If you are still unsure when the best time to order, we recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure product availibility.




I need to order 1,000 balloons but don't see that quantity...


No order is too big or too small. For large orders, please contact us.




I love those JUMBO Balloons, what is the…


Inflation Charge? $5.00 each Local Delivery Charge? $15.00 Rush Order? $15.00 (Less than 48hrs) Balloon Weights? $2.99 each How long do they last? 3-5 days* Mini balloons can be last weeks and only need air to be inflated. Mini balloons can also be deflated and reused.




What is the Box of FAB? Can it be customized?


The Box of FAB is a box of premium party supplies customized to fit any theme shipped directly to your doorsteps. With your custom party box, you can throw a FAB bash for 16* guest at an incredibly affordable price.
